- To publish research reports based on the research activities of the RA.
- To provide an independent, unbiased view on securities.
- To offer unbiased recommendations, disclosing financial interests in recommended securities.
- To provide research recommendations based on publicly available information and known observations.
- To conduct audits annually.

Details of Grievance Redressal Mechanism and How to Access It
In case of any grievance or complaint, an investor should approach the concerned research analyst and ensure that the grievance is resolved within 30 days.
If the investor’s complaint is not satisfactorily redressed, they may lodge a complaint with SEBI on SEBI’s SCORES portal, a centralized web-based complaint redressal system that facilitates complaint tracking.

Do's
- Always deal with SEBI-registered Research Analysts.
- Ensure that the Research Analyst has a valid registration certificate.
- Check for SEBI registration number.
- Refer to the list of SEBI-registered Research Analysts on SEBI’s website: SEBI Registered Research Analysts
- Pay attention to disclosures in research reports before investing.
- Make payments to your Research Analyst only through banking channels and maintain duly signed receipts.
- Check research recommendations before buying securities or applying for a public offer.
- Ask relevant questions and clear doubts with your Research Analyst before acting on recommendations.
- Inform SEBI about Research Analysts offering assured or guaranteed returns.
Don'ts
- Do not provide funds to the Research Analyst for investment.
- Do not fall prey to luring advertisements or market rumors.
- Do not be attracted to limited-period discounts, incentives, or gifts offered by Research Analysts.
- Do not share login credentials or passwords of your trading and demat accounts with the Research Analyst.
